My buttercups are in full bloom and I must say they are beautiful. I am so ready for spring to come, I am sure many of you are also. Basketball season and Jr. Pro basketball is almost coming to an end. Soon it will be time for baseball, softball, tennis, soccer and golf.
I hope everyone had a Happy Valentine’s Day! My husband and I recently celebrated our 30 year anniversary. We went out to eat to celebrate and then on Sunday Lindsy, Ryan and Charlee Mac Winfree, and Hayden and Katie Ervin had a meal for us after church. We really enjoyed them celebrating with us.
I have been wanting to clean out some things and throw away what I don’t need but, once you sit down and go through so much stuff you find things you have forgotten about and don’t want to throw it away. I may never get done with all the stuff I have kept over the years. A heads up for anyone that has a child getting married, they leave the stuff that they don’t want to take with them but want you to keep.
New Home Baptist Church had a great church service Sunday as we always do. We are blessed to have Bro. Bobby Hale and his family with us. You can watch our church service on our Facebook page.
Check out the Coming Attractions in the Smithville Review for some exciting things to do. Have a great week.
