Have you noticed the abundance of clouds lately? I’ve become a cloud watcher. They are fascinating to watch. One of our kids said they looked like snow, another one said they saw God peeping through. Let me know what they look like to you.

The congregation at First Methodist Church had a special treat last Sunday. Graden Kirksey was the guest speaker for the worship service. His wife, Sabrina is the Preschool Director. She sand a solo and their kindergarten daughter, Ella Grace sang a solo, "Do Lord." Then the congregation sang after her performance, "Do Lord." Then all the teachers, public and Sunday school gathered up front and Bro. John recognized theses educators and the children by giving each a marble from the baptismal with a special blessing and it was a great day!

Happy birthday for the remainder of August : Holly Forkner, Kelly Little, Betty Bailiff, Russell Ambrose, Emme Colwell, Gianna Owens, Dakote Hoke, Linda Judkins, J.J. Poss, Hoyte Odom, and Charmaine Mitchell.
