DeKalb West Jr. Pro Basketball

DWS Jr. Pro will start February 6th - March 1st.

Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Practice will be held on Mondays. We hope to have four grade groups... (K-1) (2-3) (4-5) (6-7).

Sign up fee will be $30 for the first child and then $25 for each additional sibling.

We need this form turned in by December 8th, so we can plan for teams. The money is due in full by January 11th.

All board members and coaches will have to pass a background check.
