We really enjoyed Dailey and Vincent’s concert that was on Channel 8 last Wednesday night. It was a good mix of bluegrass, gospel, and patriotic music.
Darrin’s humor and sincere performance was captivating. We remember his days with Ricky Skaggs and the Kentucky Thunder group.
It is good to see a hometown person with such talent doing so well. We wish Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent continued success in their future endeavors.
Their upcoming April 12th concert event with the Nashville Symphony is at the Schermerhorn Center in Nashville.
There are a few sprinkles of rain falling this Friday morning in the Dry Creek Valley. The daylilies are peeking through the dirt in the pots out on the patio.
At Barbara Gail Frazier’s yard we see many beautiful bunches of flowers and a few blooming trees. Gail’s hard work is paying off. She has a beautiful yard.
It seems like everyone is so happy to see the sun shining. Matilda Earl and I actually planted some onion sets in a few pots this week. We are thankful Matilda picked some fresh turnip greens for our dinner one day last week.
