Brandon Kent celebrated his 6th birthday Sunday with a swim party at a local swimming hole on Dry Creek. Those in attendance were: Jordan, Christian and Claire Cripps, Monica, Levi, and Molly Reynolds, Ricky and Kathy Hendrix, and Michele Kent. Cake and ice cream were enjoyed by the group and family who did not attend the swim party. Happy birthday Brandon!

 

Jim and Louise Earle, parents of Matilda Earle, reported spending their summer vacation in France. Louise sent Louise Frazier a card of their trip with details of sights seen.

 

Jimmy and Judy Kimbrell and Danny and Deborah Agee reported boarding their ship at Mobile, Alabama for a cruise to Cozumel. Hope you have a great time.

 

After being ill for several weeks it was reported that Mrs. Audrey Owens was back at Dry Creek Baptist Church Sunday we are so thankful for her return to good health.

 

Dr. Albert Bruno and Geri Frazier, Kennesaw, GA, Jerald and Lisa Cripps, and Wayne T. “Buddy” and Deborah Fuson, Cabot, AR, visited with each other and Louise Frazier Friday morning.

 

Kathy and Liam Hendrix came by to see Louise Frazier and Buddy and Deborah Fuson Friday afternoon.

 

The Ballinger reunion was held at Patty’s Restaurant in Smithville. Carlene Dickey and daughter from Monticello, AR attended Bro. Donald Owens and Frances Frazier also attended the reunion.

 

Buddy Fuson has enjoyed visiting and reminiscing with friends and family including Sue Blair, Doris Cantrel, Houston, Alicia and Aiden Cantrell, Amanda Cantrell and Micheal, Robbie Joan Frazier and Michael Maynard.

 

Buddy Fuson’s Aunt Jo Johnson has been in the hospital and is currently at NHC. Our prayers and thoughts are with Anunt Jo.

 

Sunday dinner guest of Louise Frazier were: Buddy and Deborah Fuson, Kenny Edge, Lisa and Jerald Cripps, Kathy and Ricky Hendrix, Michelle and Bradnon Kent, Jennifer Sawyer, Maggie Ann, and Liam Hendrix, and Jordan, Christian and Claire Cripps. We enjoyed a delicious meal topped off with Brandon’s birthday cake and ice cream.

 

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Nolan Turner and his family. During high school Nolan and John Frazier were good friends and spent many hours at each other’s homes. Nolan reported he had to study when he visited John’s home!
