Don’t you love to step out the door and not be bundled up like an Eskimo? The weather we’re having now is ideal to enjoy and get a whole lot done outside. No one I’ve talked to is complaining, as they can work in their yard and then relax all they want on their patio or deck afterwards.
Hope every one of you moms out there have a happy Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8.
You deserve to be treated like a queen that day with a fabulous meal, gift, and to be told just how much you are loved. If you are lucky and still have your mom, let her know how important she is in your life and how much you love her.
Please keep these people in prayer: Ruth Brown, Fay Pitts, Charlie Mai Daniel, Carlon and Mai Nell Melton, Edith Miller, Denise Stanton and the family of Macon Wade.
Still waiting to see the first hummingbird here at our house. I usually see them before now. Maybe I’ll spot one this week, I’m hoping.
Adorable little creatures and fast as lightning. Love to watch them fight over the feeder although I don’t think they’re really fighting. Over the years I’ve had a few of them crash into our patio doors. One time my cat got one before I could retrieve it, and I hated that. It just knocks them out for a little while, and when they come to off they fly away.
Dusty and Kristie Johnson, Chandler and Leah spending some time with me on Wednesday evening.
