WCTE Upper Cumberland PBS’ 5th Annual Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival will be held Saturday, Oct. 20, in Cookeville’s Dogwood Park at 30 E. Broad St. The festival kicks off at 11:00 a.m. with the VIP Stein Social, a social hour for VIP patrons, brewers and vendors only, followed by general admission from Noon – 5:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit WCTE.

Blues & Brews festival goers will find a unique collection of 80 craft beers from around the Upper Cumberland and across Tennessee.  The Featured Local Brewers area will return this year with Red Silo, Calfkiller, Happy Trails, Jig Head and more, and the TN Home Brewers Association will be doing on-site demonstrations as well as tastings. Jammin’ blues music will be played throughout the day with Guitar Mikey and the Real Thing as the headlining band

VIP ticket holders will enjoy a variety of complimentary food and beer pairings in the hospitality tent, featuring Buffalo Wild Wings, The Iron Kitchen and 37 Cedar. Additional food vendors will be onsite in the general admission area with a large variety of options including Yaki Wiz, World Foods, Naked Salsa and Yard Birds. Due to new city ordinances, patrons at this year's event will need to purchase WCTE Food Bucks from the ticketing counter located in the food area, which will be accepted by all food vendors at the festival.

Tickets are $40 in advance for general admission and $75 in advance for VIP. Designated driver tickets are available for only $10. Visit wcte.org/brews to reserve your tickets today.
