She was also written a citation for drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule II drug, simple possession of marijuana, and failure to maintain lane of travel.

Richard Allen Tilley, 49, of Smithville was arrested Sept. 1 for violations of order of protection. Sheriff Patrick Ray said an officer was dispatched to a location on Short Mountain Highway for a domestic. When he arrived, he saw Tilley and another person. A computer check revealed Tilley was the filer of an order of protection against the other person, which made him in violation of the order.

Kimberly Blanchfield, 32, of Dowelltown was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with domestic assault. A deputy responded to a domestic on Nashville Highway. Blanchfield was the daughter of the other person who was there. The mother stated Blanchfield had bitten her on the right side of the face, which the deputy did see along with a busted lip from where she had been struck in the face. Blanchfield had a strong odor of alcohol and was determined the aggressor.
