Kenlee Renae Taylor, the 2023 DeKalb County Fairest of the Fair, will represent DeKalb County at the state level this weekend. The three-day Tennessee State Fair Convention is held in Murfreesboro, where Fairest Taylor will participate in a variety of activities including the Tennessee State Pageant. She is the daughter of Ken and Cindy Taylor of Smithville.
