DeKalb County has a new wedding and event venue, started by new residents from halfway around the world. Hosanna Farm is Tennessee's newest wedding destination located just outside of Alexandria, TN. Located on 27-acres of farmland, the Bell family has renovated their farm with numerous options for both ceremonies and receptions, outdoor or inside.
The Bell’s recently purchased the farm, located on Tramel Branch Road, moving from Australia to start the new business venture.
The farm features a beautifully rustic barn, converted for the perfect setting for your special day. It can seat up to 150 guests inside its 40 foot x 60 foot open floor area, with a secondary 32 foot x 28 foot bar area for guests to mingle. A covered porch perfectly complements the property giving guests an option during the warmer months. Central heating and air conditioning throughout the venue allows for year-round bookings.
“My husband [Jeremy] and I moved from Australia to Alexandria to purchase the wedding venue called Hitchin’ Post just two months ago,” said Emily Bell. “This last weekend we had our grand opening.”
“We have rebranded to Hosanna Farm and we are a wedding, events, and farm-stay. We are open now to host weddings and events of any kind, and later this year will be opening cabins and our farm for people to come and enjoy the tranquility of our property.”
