The Smithville/DeKalb Community Chorus wowed the crowd during the opening ceremony of the Smithville Jamboree on Friday. Before the performance, the group honored a few of their longtime members, Jackie Young, Dr. Robert Atnip, and Chorus Director Faye Fuqua.
