School is just now returning, but a group of volunteers has been focusing on Christmas all year-long. The Last Minute Toy Shop, a non-profit organization run by volunteers, has been fundraising in preparation for the Christmas giving season.

This new ministry will be providing help to those in need of gifts and toys during the year’s hardest time, Christmas. This free shopping day will assist parents and grandparents, in need, with toys and gifts for their children/grandchildren of DeKalb County ages birth to 18. Those out of high school are eligible. 

The shopping event is scheduled for Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the DeKalb County Complex.   An application, along with verification documentation, will be necessary to participate.
