Several plea guilty in criminal court

Several people made pleas in DeKalb Criminal Court last week and were handed down sentences, including those facing drug, burglary, and assault charges.

John Allen Judkins, Jr., 51, pled guilty to DUI first offense and received 11 months, 29 days all suspended to supervised probation except for 48 hours to serve, a $350 fine, and loss of driver’s license for one year, with an assessment with a MADD victim panel. He received 15 hours jail credit.

Jason Richard Skaroupka, 46, pled guilty to two counts of sell of a schedule II drug methamphetamine over .5 grams and received a eight-year sentence on TDOC supervised probation and a $4,000 fine. He was given 199 days of jail credit.

Elijah Malik Walton, 26, pled guilty on one county of aggravated assault and received three years all suspended to TDOC probation.

Jeremy Sanders, 35, pled guilty to reckless endangerment and received 11/29 all suspended to CPS probation.

Ricoryon Lamontez Henderson, 22, of Murfreesboro pled guilty to aggravated burglary and received a sentence of four years all suspended to supervised probation. Her sentence is to run consecutive with a case out of Rutherford County, and she received 49 days jail credit.

Hani Mohammad Sirhan Ittayem, 45, pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to sell and received six years all suspended to TDOC probation and a $2,000 fine.

Melissa Renea Martin, 52, pled guilty to two counts of possession with intent to sell a schedule II drug, and received four years all suspended to TDOC probation and a $2,000 fine.

Robert Dwayne Moore, 49, pled guilty to possession of a schedule II drug (meth) over 0.5 grams with intent to deliver and received a four-year sentence all suspended to TDOC probation and a $2,000 fine.

Hope Hicks, 33, of Smithville pled guilty to possession of a schedule II drug meth over .5 grams and received eight years all suspended to supervised probation and a $2,000 fine.

Garrett Vallem, 24, of Megan Olivia Way, McMinnville, pled guilty to aggravated assault and received five years to serve at 30-percent. He was given 619 days jail credit.

Frank Andy Checchi, 40, pled guilty to two counts of possession of a schedule II drug with intent to deliver, and received four years all suspended to TDOC probation pursuant to judicial diversion.
