The recopied disclosed addresses are the currently-known locations for the registered offenders.

DeKalb County Sheriff, Patrick Ray recently said, “We continuously check the people on the list and make sure they are conforming to their sentencing requirements and the law. One of the many things we do is to make sure there is no sexual offender living within 1,000 feet of a church. By law, they are required to abide by the provisions set forth in their court orders. We follow the law.”

Differently, neighboring Gordonsville (Smith County) has a 1,171 sexual offender ratio in its domain and ranks the highest in the middle Tennessee area.
In Tennessee, the time span for the removal of a “Registered Sexual Offender” from the Registry List follows: “If it has been 10 years since the expiration of his/her sentence for a Tennessee conviction,” wrote tn.gov/law. It continued, “Or for a ‘sexual offender’ on the Tennessee registry for an offense from another jurisdictions, 10 years since the expiration of his/her sentence for 5 (five) years.” The prior was an excerpt from www.tn.gov/law.
