SMITHVILLE, TENN. – Wilson Bank & Trust (WBT) announced today the promotion of Alex Woodward to AVP – Office Manager of the Smithville office. “Alex is a strong leader and has a great team in Smithville behind him so we look forward to the years ahead of continued growth and success,” said Chad Colwell, DeKalb and Smith County Market Leader.
Alex brings more than 13 years of banking experience to this new position. He joined Wilson Bank & Trust in 2014 as a Loan Officer. He has also served as a Lending Education & Development Officer in addition to leading the Wilson Bank & Trust paycheck protection program team.
Woodward is a graduate of DeKalb County High School and Freed-Hardeman University. He also completed the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit and the Southeastern School of Banking. Alex and his wife, Ashby reside in Smithville with their four year old daughter Ainsley.
