The DeKalb Animal Coalition held a resale in the Walnut Street building last week. It was a good place to donate items as a fund raiser. I got up there too late to shop. The money made went toward an animal shelter.

Then the Health Screening was at Smithville First Methodist on Monday, Sept. 14. It is sponsored by Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Our own Jack Loeb and Robert Harvey, featured artists held a reception last Sunday at the Cumberland Art Society in Cookeville. Live music was featured by Donny and Barb Barthelemy. Hope everyone got to go.

Four local gals flew out to Salt Lake City last week for a Dottera Essential Oils Conference, a Global Conference. Tammy Judkins, Jennifer Judkins, Kristie Driver and Allison Rigsby learned a lot in two days about essential oils and will be teaching classes soon. Amidst the classes, they got some sight-seeing in that beautiful, dry country. Read Ephesians 47:12 for more information.
