This is week #13 of this column and there is no bad luck anywhere around. Why is the 13th of anything unlucky? The number 13 has been deemed unlucky based on Jesus’ last supper when 13 apostles, not 12, were around the table, which included Judas, who betrayed Jesus.
APRIL FOOL’S DAY: It received its name from playing practical jokes on this day – example, telling friends their shoelaces are untied. The day’s true origins are unknown. But I’ve been pregnant for 40 years!!! April Fool’s Joke!!!

GREENER PASTURES: As with most things, time brings change and much progress. Most of all, I will miss her love and laughter. And I know she’ll miss my daily Amazon packages!
MANNERS FOR EVERY DAY: Open doors for females. Return to chivalry. Don’t do it just once for being positively judged. Do it consistently. And while you’re at it, be a gentleman and follow the female in all things – I just love saying this. On another note, the word is spelled JUDGMENT – not JUDGEMENT.
WEEKLY LUCY UPDATE: Nothing to report. Boring! And thank you, she does feel much better.
ANGIE’S BIBLE VERSE OF THE WEEK: “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
Until next week, be nice!
