Throught the Grapevine week 14
LeAnn Judkins 2025

You will not believe this! Out of the clean-blue-sky, I received a card last week and it wasn’t just any card.  It was dated on December 12, 2024 and it was a Christmas card, addressed to my friends in Cookeville, Tennessee.  Slapped across the front of the envelope was a huge yellow sticker alerting me that it was being “Returned to Sender.  Not deliverable as addressed!”  The first thing that entered my head was “I wonder where it’s been for more than three (3) months!”  I’d resend it but the prices for first class stamps have increased since then and there are no Christmas cards available for purchase.  I could take it to the Post Office and let them deal with it or I could re-mail it, but it may be four months before I get it back.
