Amanda Faye Ervin Mullican, age 37, of Smithville passed away Tuesday July 6, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. 

She was born April 14, 1984 to her parents, Timothy Junior Ervin and Zettie Faye Linder Ervin. 

 She was disabled and a Pentecostal. 

 She was preceded in death by grandparents, J.C. and Elizabeth Linder, Junior Ervin and Bonnie Highthorn; long-time companion, Roger Adam Turner. 

 She is survived by three children, Cameron Ervin, Alexus Grace Turner and Cloey Ervin all of Smithville; husband, Jay Lee Mullican of Smithville; mother, Zettie Ervin (Wayne Laleman) of Smithville; father, Tim (Fran) Ervin of Smithville; brother, Bryan (Carrie) Ervin of Georgia; step-brothers, Johnny Barber, Eric (Dana) Barber and Gage Ervin all of Smithville; aunt, Carolyn Ervin of Georgia and several nieces and nephews. 

 The family chose direct cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Glen Chapman officiating.  Visitation will be 11:AM until the time of the service at 1:PM on Friday July 23, 2021. 

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
