Funeral services for Darice Elaine Cantrell, 51, of Smithville were held March 10 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Donnie Kelly officiated with burial following at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Cantrell passed away March 6 at her residence in Smithville. She was a homemaker and affiliated with the Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her mother Marie Taylor Melton and her husband Sean Cantrell.
Survivors include her three sons J.W. and Kasey Cantrell of Louisiana, Steven Cantrell of Oak Ridge and Josh Melton of Smithville; three grandchildren Sean, Peyton and Baley Cantrell of Louisiana; and her father J.C. Hill of Smithville.
Pallbearers included Steven, J.W. and Shawn Cantrell, David White, Heath Murphy and Lee Basas.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville,  was in charge of the arrangements.
