David Michael Roger Petty passed away in Whiteville, TN. 

 He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Don Petty; mother, Helen Petty; step-father, Robert Stanley; brother, Darrell Petty. 

 He is survived by two sisters, Deborah Ferrell of Alexandria and Lorrie Lindsey of Smithville; two brothers, Danny Petty of Smithville and Dewey Petty of McMinnville; half-sister, Robin Carpenter of Ohio; half-brother, Nick Reese of McMinnville; two step-daughters, Misty Braswell of Florida and Amy Braswell of Smyrna; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. 

 Graveside service was held Monday, February 14, 2022 at Hale Cemetery at Pea Ridge. 

 The family has asked that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. 

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
