With her husband Clarence Roberts and children, she moved to New Castle, Delaware in 1950 until returning to Alabama in 1959. She lived many years in East Nashville and worked as a cashier at Bill Martin’s Food Town. After her second husband’s (Liege Jarvis) death, she moved to Soddy Daisy TN, where she resided for 27 years. She resided in Auburntown with her daughter and son-in-law, Ernest and Doris Lannom for the past five years.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, daughter, Betty, granddaughters, Shelly Binkley, Melissa DeVito and Rebecca Sanders, and great granddaughter Alisha Binkley.

Survivors include her daughter Kay (Johnny) Creque, Doris (Ernest) Lannom, son, Tom (Kay) Roberts, 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 22 great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great grandchild.
