Eric Preston Foster, age 52, passed away the morning of August 24, 2020 of Lymphatic Melanoma cancer.  He was born at Ball Memorial Hospital on June 30, 1968. 

He was a 1987 Graduate of Jay County High School. Eric resided his last years in Tennessee.  He was disabled.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Preston and Irene Bumbalough Foster; and an older brother, Gilbert Preston McKenney.  

He is survived by children Brandon, Cody, Erin, Caroline, Allen and Nathaniel (Little Eric), and adopted daughter Jasmine; several step-children that meant a lot to him; five grandchildren;  sisters Debra Foster Miller, (Marty) and Tammy Foster Bye, (Jason). Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive.

He was cremated due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  

A graveside burial will be conducted at a later date.

Thurman Funeral Home, Sparta, was in charge of the arrangements.
