Gloria Cope Webb, age 89, of Smithville passed away Thursday afternoon, August 29, 2024 at her residence in the Jefferson community. 

She was a homemaker and attended the Old Zion Cumberland Presbyterian Church. 

She was born on October 18, 1934 in Smithville to her parents, the late Hastle and Myrtle Cantrell Cope. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Webb; sisters, Betty Jones and Maxine Briggs; and brother, Grady Cope. 

Survivors include two daughters, Connie (David) Parsley, and Donna Cripps (Kerry Robinson); four grandchildren, Bruce (Leslie) Parsley, Bridgett (Aaron) Loyd, Makenzy (Caleb) Gash, and Alex (Whitney) Cripps; 11 great-grandchildren; Jacob (Laura) Parsley, Katherine Hembree, Kristen (Tanner) Bell, Courtney (Dustin) Estes, Connor Rice, Samuel Loyd, John Aaron Loyd, Shayla Loyd, Everett Cripps, Britton Gash, and Rosie Cripps; six great, great-grandchildren, Logan Hembree, Cassidy Rice, Wyatt Estes, Harrison Bell, Piper Parsley, and Lillian Estes; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Ms. Webb were at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home on Monday, September 2, 2024 with Bro. Barry Boggs officiating and burial followed in Jefferson Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bruce Parsley, Bridgett Loyd, Makenzy Gash, Alex Cripps, Samuel Loyd, Jacob Parsley, and John Loyd.
