James Douglas Frazier, Jr., age 82, of Alexandria passed away Thursday morning, March 11, 2021 at his granddaughter's home in Smithville. 

 He was born January 16, 1939 to his parents, the late James Douglas and Lera Altie Ashburn Frazier.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Frazier and four brothers, Azero, Norman, Henry and Lester Frazier. 

 He was a carpenter and a Baptist. 

 Junior is survived by three children, Kim (Gene) Williams of Alexandria, Shane (Beth) Frazier of Smithville and Kyshanna Frazier of Alexandria; grandchildren, Caressa Parker, Caleb Parker and Peyton Frazier; great-granddaughter, Trinity Parker; siblings, Roscoe (Pauline) Frazier of Dowelltown, Leo (Mildred) Frazier of GA, Neodia Cantrell of Dowelltown, Marie (Horace) Bratcher of Dowelltown, Virginia (Joe) Hendrixson of Liberty and Garlon (Ann) Frazier of Liberty; several nieces and nephews also survive. 

 Funeral service was conducted Saturday, March 13, 2021 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating. 

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
