Keaton

Funeral services for Larry Junior Keaton, were held Aug. 29, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel, and burial followed in Mt. Holly Cemetery.

He passed away Aug. 27 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

He was the son of the late Johnny Melton and Fannie Bell Hale Keaton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Jack, Joe, W.J. and Bobby Ray Keaton; one sister, Johnnie Oleda Malone.

Larry was a construction worker and a Baptist.

He is survived by one daughter, Nelda Bandy of Smithville; one son, Ronnie Keaton of McMinnville; two brothers, Doyle (Peggy) Keaton of Liberty and James Keaton of Alexandria; seven grandchildren, Jacob Bandy, Tanisha Bandy, Briana Bandy, Cory Junior Keaton, Cody Dustin Keaton, Hunter Ray Keaton and Holly Marie Keaton; several nieces and nephews also survive.
