Mainell Malone Foutch, 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 28, 2021.
Mainell was retired from Farmers Cooperative. During her retirement, she loved spending time with her family, preparing Sunday family lunch and cheering on the Tennessee Lady Vols. She was a loyal member of Prosperity Baptist Church. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will always be remembered for her warmth, caring, and selflessness. She will be greatly missed.
She was born on April 25, 1938 to the late Eliga and Nonnie Moore Malone. Mainell was preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Hubert and Jerry Malone and sister, Alma Dean Henley.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joe Truitt Foutch; children Danny Foutch (Lisa), Dr. David Foutch (Kim) and Jonathan Foutch (Laura); grandchildren, Katherine Foutch Layman (Matthew), Dr. Jordan Foutch (Jessica), Kelsey Foutch Pyles (Brandon), Dr. Hunter Foutch, Alexandria Foutch Smith (Kyle), Elijah Foutch and great grandchildren, Mia Foutch, Miah Johnson, Rebecca and Caroline Layman, and Knox Pyles. She is also survived by sisters, Roberta Robinson and Ann Campbell and brothers, Tommy and Eddie Malone.
Funeral service was held Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Prosperity Baptist Church with Brother Mark Stinnett officiating. Interment followed at Prosperity Cemetery.
