Funeral services for Lue Autry Malone, 86, of Dowelltown were held Aug. 2 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Elmer Ellis Jr. and Bro. Sam Odom officiated, with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.

She passed away July 31 at NHC of Smithville.

She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Malone; parents, Clarence and Louella Caplinger Trapp; daughter, Misty Malone; granddaughter, Adrienne Malone; brother and sisters, Oleda Duke, Johnny, Donald and Mason Trapp, JoAnn Baker.

She is survived by five children, Joyce and Jimmy Wright of Murfreesboro, Wanda and Larry Tramel of Crossville, Rita and Charles Robinson of Liberty, Miles and Debra Malone of Liberty, and Jalene and Jeff Vanatta of Dowelltown; nine grandchildren, Nathan and Gayle Wright, Natalie and Eric Weems, Mallory and Erik Carter, Natasha and Randy Vaughn, Lincoln Tramel, Jordan and Sabrina Melton, Sydney Robinson, Granger and Kristen Malone, Rawlin and Jesse Vanatta; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Boyd Trapp of Smithville; two sisters, Peggy Agee of Smithville and Judy Johnson of Liberty.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, Tenn., was in charge of the arrangements.
