Mr. Danny Phillip Turner, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at St. Thomas DeKalb.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde & Audrey Taylor Turner.

Danny enjoyed visiting the DeKalb Animal Shelter and sharing his love with the animals. He always enjoyed visiting his favorite hangouts in the community and socializing with others.

Survivors include one brother, Billy Ray Turner of Smithville and several special caregivers throughout his lifetime.

Graveside service will be on Friday, January 8 @ 12 noon at Dekalb Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation at the funeral home for Mr. Turner.

Serving as pallbearers were Todd Pack, Misha Pack, Mykola Pack and Cody Harrell.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
