Mr. Ronald Stanley age 70 of Smithville passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at St. Thomas Mid Town Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Ronald was born on November 28, 1949 to his parents, the late Hiram & Amanda Ruth Ervin Stanley. Also preceding him in death is a brother, Ricky Stanley. He was a member of the Masons, Shriners and the Order of the Eastern Star. Ronald attended Faith Chapel Ministries & was a Farmer. 

Survivors include a daughter, Tammie Stanley of Smithville; two sons,  Dale Stanley and Jason Stanley both of Smithville; three grandchildren, Daniel (Jayde) Stanley, Seth (Maci) Stanley and Caleb Stanley (Kyleigh White) all of Smithville; two great-grandchildren, Bristol Stanley and Bayler Stanley both of Smithville; three brothers, Eddie (Lou) Stanley, Randall Stanley and Michael (Mandy) Stanley all of Smithville; two sisters,  Jennifer Pack of Smithville and Melissa Stanley of Spencer;  sister-in-law, Kathy Stanley of Smithville;  mother of his children, Glenda Stanley of Smithville;  step brother, Wayne (Linda) Bush of Smithville; two special friends, Debra Crawford and Michelle Beshearse both of Smithville.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Steve Warren officiated with burial following at DeKalb Memorial Gardens. 

Serving as pallbearers included Charles Martin, Seth Stanley, Daniel Stanley, Caleb Stanley, Joe O’Connell, and Ricky Stanley, Jr.
