Mr. Tommy Duggin, age 77, of Dowelltown passed away Thursday morning, February 17, 2022 at his residence.
Mr. Duggin was a self-employed painter and a member of the Dowelltown Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching old western movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary Lou Colvert Duggin; and one grandson, Steffond Johnson.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Mrs. Dorothy Stockling Duggin of Dowelltown; three daughters, Lisa Duggin (Brian) Crary of Franklin, Paula Jones (Mark Mays) of GA and Kathy Duggin (Zach) Malone of Dowelltown; two sons, Jack Duggin of GA and Tom Duggin of Cookeville; a brother, Jack (Mary) Duggin of Nashville; two grandchildren, Mark Mays Jr. and Aaron Duggin; and one great-grandchild, Eric Mays.
Funeral service was held Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Gary Caplinger officiated and burial followed in Salem Cemetery.
Pallbearers included Chris Walker, Mark Mays, Zack Goldstein, Eric McIntosh, Danny Keaton and Joey Walker.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
