Funeral services for Pat Keith, 77, of Smithville were held May 4 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Kenneth Mason Tramel and Bro. B.J. Thomason officiated with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
She passed away  May 2 at her residence.
She was a  homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1964.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Ruby Foutch; husband Tom Keith; granddaughter, Leslie Houchin; brothers, Frankie, Jackie, and Larry Foutch; one sister, Brenda Foutch Taylor.
She is survived by three daughters, Kim (Tim) Archer of Kentucky, Tammy (Ronald) Ashburn of Smithville, and Tina Stephens of Smithville; five grandchildren; Stacy (Mark) Winfree, Betsy Colwell, Molly Johnson, Thomas Owen and Kristina Stephens; seven great-grandchildren; Eli Pearcy, Ian and Ryder Daniel, Rilee and Laina Winfree; two sisters, Ann Summers of Smithville, and Judy Parsley of Lenior City; one brother, Danny (Charlene) Foutch of Mt. Juliet; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
