Patricia Ann "Patty" Tallent, 62, was born in Tampa, Florida, on April 4, 1959 and passed away on Friday October 29, 2021. 

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Larrie Brown and Gertrude Hamilton and her son, Alex Edwards. 

 She is survived by her daughter Sheila Jensen; son-in-law Chris; son Cody Edwards; grandsons Mason and Wyatt Edwards; sisters, Connie and Laura; brother, Larry; and several nephews. 

 In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation or your local drug abuse prevention and treatment facilities. 

 A private family service will be held and her cremains will be placed in the ocean. 

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
