Prentice W. Howell, was born Dec. 25, 1923 and passed away  Sept. 2, 2013.
Our dear husband, father and papa went to be with the Lord in Heaven on Monday, Sept.2, 2013.
He died peacefully from congestive heart failure. Beloved husband of Gail for 62 years. Loving father of David W. and the late Marcia, who is now with him in Heaven. Adoring grandfather of Misty and David F. and great grandfather of 4.
Prentice served three years in the Navy in the South Pacific. He was one of thirteen children born to Jenny Mae and William Flemon Howell in Smithville. One sister Irene is living in Texas.
