Mrs. Sandra Sue Bowker, 73, of Knoxville, passed away on Aug. 14. 
She is preceded in death by parents Charles and Alma White, and husband Lester Bowker. 
She is survived by children Penny, Carl and Tony Knowles; seven grandchildren; and siblings Billy and Jerry White, Faye McCann, Rebecca Bradley, Phyllis Sandlin and Sharon Cook. 
A memorial service was held on Aug. 16 at  Highland West Memorial Cemetery.
