Savannah Faith Buckley, 19 of Cookeville passed from this life on Monday, May 3, 2021.

Savannah was born Friday, March 8, 2002, in McMinnville to parents Scott Edward Buckley and Tenessa Shavon (Ferrell) Self.

Savannah was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend.  She loved the Lord with all of her heart, was a shining example of a Christian and.was a member of the Bangham Heights Baptist Church.  Savannah would go out of her way to make others smile and loved to make those around her happy.  

Savannah was preceded in death by a brother, Dillon Buckley; and maternal grandmother, Betty Moss.

 

She is survived by her mother, Tenessa and Shane Self; father, Scott and Amanda Buckley; three siblings, Adyson Self, Caleb Buckley, and Candace Smith; maternal grandfather, Tyrus Ferrell, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Robert and Lynne Buckley;  maternal step-grandparents, Larry and Betty Self; paternal step-grandparents, Steven and Connie Templeton. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends also survive.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Sandy Stone thru the Stone Association of Southern Baptist, or Child Evangelism Fellowship at P.O. Box 348, Warrenton, MO 63383, or Baptist Collegiate Ministry, at Cookeville BCM.

Funeral service for Savannah was held Friday, May 7, 2021 from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Haynes and Bro. Bobby Lee Hale officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery in McMinnville.

Crest Lawn Funeral Home, Cookeville, was in charge of arrangements.
