Funeral services for Shane Talbert Usrey, 35 of Smithville, were held Friday Sept. 6  at the chapel of DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Brad Trapp and Listeth Hale officiated with burial following at DeKalb   Cemetery.
Mr. Usrey passed away Sept. 4 at DeKalb Community Hospital ER. He  was  a former employee of Star Mfg. and  helped coach the DeKalb Junior Pro Pee Wee Football team.
He  was preceded in death by his father, Harold Usrey.
Survivors include his wife, Renee Usrey of Smithville; three sons; Tyler Malone of Alexandria, Cameron and Mathew Usrey of Smithville; parent, Wilma and Ernest Bouldin of Smithville; brother, BJ Bouldin of McMinnville; sister, Krystal Usrey of Cookeville; mother-in-law, Carlene Greene of McMinnville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Serving as pallbearers were Brad Trapp, Listeth Hale, Danny Fish, Jimmy Rayder, Dwain Rowe, and JR Usrey.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
