Funeral services for Shelby Jean Tittsworth-Gamble, 75, of Smithville were held March 3 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Vincent Baker officiated with burial following at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Tittsworth-Gamble passed away March 1 at her residence. She was retired from Knowles Hospital as an out-patient nurse; Ross Gear; and Nissan. She was also affiliated with Indian Creek Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Julie Hendrixson Tittsworth; husband Horace Gamble; two sisters Hazel Haynes and Doris Allen Tittsworth; a brother Bobby Jewell Tittsworth; and a nephew Danny Haynes.
Survivors include her two daughters Johnna and Rob Robinson of Smithville and Tonjia and Mickey Fetterolf of Sevierville; two grandchildren Amanda Fetterolf and Crystal Pilkerton, both of Alabama; eight great-grandchildren; a sister Beverly and Calvin Jones of Smithville; life-long friend James Garey Graham of Smithville; nieces Vivian Redmon, Lee Ann Cripps, both of Smithville, Tamera and Brad Vaughn of Lebanon, Pam Baumann and Terry Daniel of Smithville; special great-niece Charity Sullivan of Smithville; and special care-takers Brenda Allen of Alabama and Elsie Miller of Smithville.
Pallbearers included James Smith, Terry Daniel, Brian Baumann, Brad Vaughn, Todd Goundry, Roy Fuson Jr., John David Foutch, Allen Ivey and Tristin and Chandler Haynes.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
