Tammy Winetta Lowe, 50, of Woodbury passed away Monday, April 2 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital.  She was a native of DeKalb County.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Lowe of Smithville; sister, Beckie Werpecinisky of Smithville; son, Christopher Leon Lowe of Nashville; and niece and nephew, Briley Werpecinisky and Kris Robinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and JoAnn Kelly Robinson.
Tammy worked as a bookkeeper in accounting and enjoyed doing artwork, especially painting and photography.

Memorial graveside services were held Saturday, April 7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Woodbury Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
