Funeral services for Terry L. Self, 66, of Liberty were held Feb. 5 at Upper Helton Baptist Church.  Bro. Jimmy Arms officiated, with burial following at New Hope Cemetery.
He passed away Feb. 2 at his residence.
He was retired from DTC, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and was affliated with Upper Helton Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ruth Hawkins Self.
He is survived by two children, Melinda (Brad) Taylor of Smithville, and Phillip (Tisha) Self of Liberty; four grandchildren, Lindsey Taylor and Kendal Taylor  of Smithville, and Kayla Self and Jacob Self of Liberty.
Pallbearers included; Brett Lawrence, Clint Johnson, Tad Webb, Mason Carter, Tony Cross and Doug Gleaves.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
