Thomas Earl Lee, age 86, of Smithville passed away Thursday morning, November 19, 2021 at The Waters of Winchester. 

 He was born October 30, 1935 in Louisiana to his parents, the late Tom and Edna Norred Lee. 

 Tom was a truck driver, factory worker and security guard.  He served his country in the United States Army.  He was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in McMinnville. 

He was preceded in death by two children, Patricia Gale Lee and Nathan Wayne Lee; four siblings, Patsy Stogner, Mary Lee, James Lee and Kelly Lee. 

 He is survived by his wife, Alda Lee of Smithville; 11 children, Thomas Earl Lee, Jr., Kerry Glenn Lee, Tammy Louise Lee, Darlene Marie Lee, Donald Ray Lee, Linda Martin, Paul Eugene Lee, Connie Jane Lee Stacey, Joyce Ann Lee Ferrell, Marty Robbins Lee and Milton Robert Lee; 36 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren also survive. 

 Graveside service and interment was held Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at DeKalb Memorial Gardens with Bro. Michael Hale and Dave Johnson officiating. Military honors were be conducted by the Veterans Honor Guard. 

 Pallbearers included Robert Losacco, Brayden Ferrell, Matthew Stacey, Joshua Lee, Mason Kendall, and David Wade.

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
