Mrs. Tressia Lanay Luna, age 65, of Smithville passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. 

Mrs. Luna was born on August 21, 1957 in Smithville to her parents, Eva Barnes Stephens and the late Joe Lane Taylor. Also preceding her in death is a son, Gregory Brice Luna. She was a factory worker and a member of Mt. Hope The Baptist Church. 

Survivors include her husband, of almost 50 years, Robert Luna of Smithville; daughter, Regina (Shane) Turner of Smithville; two sons, Justin Luna of Smithville and Allen Luna of Alabama; mother, Eva Stephens of Nashville; sister, Lytres (Gary) Osborne of Smithville; two sisters-in-law, Judy (Ricky) Bowman of Gordonsville and Doris Flickinger of Smithville; special uncle, James Barnes of Lascassas; grandchildren, Darrian (James) Harper of Sparta, Tenn., Elaina Turner of Smithville and James Luna of Knoxville; two great grandchildren, Alex Turner and Carson Harper both of Sparta, Tenn. 

Funeral Services were held on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home.  Bro. David Frazier officiated and burial followed at Jefferson Cemetery. 

Pallbearers were James Harper, Grayson Hendrix, Jimmy Taylor, Ronnie Taylor, Lee Osborne, Ray Tramel and Roy Tramel.

Love - Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
