Virginia Lenora Hibdon Miller, age 99, of Smithville passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church and former grocery store clerk.

Mother Miller was a very private person who loved her family dearly and will be missed by all those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ada Hibdon; husband, Orval Miller; son-in-law, James Reed Knowles; sister and brother-in-law Wilma and Alan Hooper.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Emogene and Brisco Robnson; a granddaughter, Donna and husband Charles Hicks; a grandson, Randy and his wife Dianne Knowles; great grandchildren, Donna and husband Danny Gann, Chris and his wife Cindy Hicks, Jason Knowles, Ryan Knowles, and Tiffany and her husband Justin Adams; great great grandchildren, Logan Gann, Lauren Gann, Emily Adams, and Avery Adams; special nieces and nephews, Diane and Deloy Kirby, Renee and Brad Hennessee, and Chad and Shelia Kirby and families.

A graveside service was held Thursday, March 22, 2018 at DeKalb Memorial Gardens with her family officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were Chris Hicks, Logan Gann, Danny Gann, Roger Danner, Ryan Knowles, Jason Knowles, Justin Adams and Brad Hennessee.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
