The flu is the big topic around Dry Creek this week. It is really sad to hear of the many deaths surrounding flu on the news. We heard of many of the school districts letting schools out as a precaution. We just heard that our friend Jimmy Taylor has tested positive. Our prayers go out to him for full recovery.
The puppets and pizza was a big hit down at the Dry Creek fellowship hall last week. The children and adults really enjoyed David Turner and his friends. This is an annual event that all look forward to. Thank you for sharing your gift with everyone.
Our buttercups are coming up, so we know there will be another snow fall coming soon, however we are enjoying the warm days right now. It will not be long until gardens will be turned and spring planting will begin.
Georgie Cripps fell at her home last week. Her daughter, Tammye, is staying with her until she is feeling better. We send warm wishes to Tom and Georgie for better health.
Pease keep remembering the following: Kim Hale-Robbins, JoAnn Pitman, Jimmy Kimbrell and all the sick around due to flu.
LET THE JOY OF THE LORD RISE AMONG US!
