The DeKalb County High School basketball program hosted Senior Night last Friday evening, honoring the seniors during a ceremony in between the girls’ and boys’ games. The seniors were escorted by their parents and given banners with their likenesses.
The seniors recognized were as follows:
Amelia Atnip is the daughter of Jessica Higgins and Jason Atnip. She plans on attending MTSU to get her bachelor’s degree.
Katherine Gassaway is the daughter of Julianna and Kelly Gassaway. She plans on going to UT to major in Kinesiology and becoming a physical therapist.
Hannah Lohorn is the daughter of Jason and Nikki Lohorn. She plans on pursuing a career in the medical field.
Katie Patterson is the daughter of BJ and Brandy Patterson. She plans on attending UTC to major in marketing and going into sports communications. She also hopes to become a coach someday.
Reese Williams is the daughter of Sarah Williams, and Brian and Stephanie Williams. She plans on attending cosmetology school to become an esthetician in hopes of owning her own business someday.
Darrah Ramsey is the daughter of Jane and Rob Ramsey and plans on attending the University of Tennessee.
Madison Martin is the daughter of Terry and Jennifer Martin and plans to attend college to pursue a career in radiology.
Stetson Agee is the son of Michael and Kelly Agee and plans to achieve his associate’s degree in Agriscience, attend MTSU for two years to complete a pre-veterinarian program, obtain his bachelor’s degree and transfer to UT Knoxville to get his veterinarian’s degree.
Zachary Birmingham is the son of Eric and Kelly Jo Birmingham and plans on attending MTSU to study sports medicine.
Ean Jones is the son of Chris and Teresa Jones and will be moving on to play football at Lindsey-Wilson.
Elishah Ramos is the son of Rachel and Larry Bain and Eddie and Tara Ramos and he plans on attending college and possibly playing ball.
Robert Wheeler is the son of Kim and the late Scott Wheeler and he plans on attending college and becoming a physician.
