Carleigh Tramel would next get a walk, then Johnson would score on a passed ball after Ashburn stepped to the plate.
Ashburn singled on a fly to left, as Tramel took second, then Tramel scored on a passed ball as Odom was at bat. Odom went down swinging, but the Lady Saints cut the lead, 6-5.
The Lady Saints kept Macon off the board at the top of the fifth, then stepped up play as they came to bat. Taylor doubled on a line drive to right, followed by a walk by Hailey Moore.
