The 8U Tennessee Sluggers Baseball team placed first in the Myrtle Beach, SC, Tournament on June 1. Members representing the team are from DeKalb County - Marquez Chalfant and Briz Trapp, from Overton County - Tayshawn Hayes, Adrian Jenkins, Grayson Norrod and Quinton Qualls, from Putnam County - Kadin Bohannon, Noah Bohannon, Zach Cotterman, Clayton Harris, Jared Odle, Brayden Roberts and Jacob Smith.
