Two more people have been picked up by the sheriff’s department on grand jury indictments, and four people were arrested on theft related charges last week.
Christopher Wayne Miles, 30 was arrested on Jan. 20 after being indicted on Jan. 13 on two counts of sale and delivery of a Schedule II drug (Percocet) in a drug free zone. His bond was set at $100,000 and he will appear in court for arraignment on Feb. 21.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Terry Lee Jones, III was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft of property over $1,000 in two separate incidents.
Sheriff Patrick Ray said Jones entered a Dale Ridge Road home on Jan. 17 and took items including a 2003 Honda 250 ATV, a Remington Model 870 Shotgun, an insulated Carhartt jacket, trail cameras, a box of 12-gauge shotgun shells, eight bottles of whiskey and an Igloo cooler.
Then, on Jan. 23, authorities allege that Jones broke into a garage on Johnson Ridge Road and stole a Yamaha Kodiak 400 ATV with an estimated value of more than $4,000.
His bond was set at $30,000, and he will appear in court on Feb. 13.
Lydia Renee Judkins, 26, was charged with burglary and theft of property over $1,000 on Dec. 16.
Ray said Judkins broke into a building on Blue Springs Road and stole a 2003 Polaris ATV, two chainsaws and a cordless drill. The alleged stolen property was valued at approximately $5,500.
Her bond was set at $20,000 and she will appear in court on Feb. 6.
Randy Glenn Haslam, 41, of Murfreesboro has been charged with theft of property over $1,000.
Ray said the charges stem from a Dec. 2012 burglary, but Haslam has been incarcerated in another county.
Haslam allegedly broke into a safe while staying at a family member’s Alexandria home, taking jewelry valued at more $12,000.
The alleged stolen items included a gold watch, a gold nugget bracelet, a 3-karat diamond gold bracelet, hoop earrings with diamonds, an 8mm gold band quarter karat ring with seven diamonds on the top, a 3 karat diamond cluster ring and miscellaneous gold rings and earrings. The case was investigated by a criminal detective of the Sheriff's Department.
Haslam will appear in court on Feb. 6.
Lucas Dale Hall, 25, was charged with theft of property over $500 on Jan. 15.
According to the sheriff, a deputy met with a man on Evins Mill Road who informed him that he believed one of his employees had stolen a Glock model 19 handgun from a residence.
After the deputy requested permission to search the suspect’s vehicle, Hall admitted that he had the gun in his 1999 Dodge Intrepid. The officer asked Hall to turn the weapon over to him.
Hall allegedly took the gun from between the front seats and gave it to the deputy.
His bond was set at $2,500 and he will appear in court on Feb. 6.
In other news from the sheriff’s department, 29-year-old Jonathan Dewayne Barnes has been charged with two counts of criminal impersonation, simple possession, and a fourth offense of driving on a suspended license.
Ray said Barnes was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by a deputy for a traffic violation on Dec. 26. Barnes allegedly told the officer that he had no identification with him, but that his name was John Walls. An investigation reportedly revealed that the name Barnes had given was incorrect.
Then, on Jan. 21, Ray said a deputy stopped Barnes' vehicle on J.C. Jones Road to serve a criminal impersonation warrant on him for the December charge. While Barnes again could not produce a driver's license, a computer check allegedly revealed that his license was suspended in Jackson County.
When the officer asked for his name, Barnes reportedly identified himself as Randy Jackson. The officer apparently knew Barnes' real name and placed him under arrest.
Barnes allegedly admitted that he had a bag of marijuana in his pocket, and a search revealed a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to contain the illegal weed.
His bond was set at $15,000, and he will appear in court on Feb. 13.
Dwayne Allen Reeder, 31, was charged with domestic assault on Jan. 19.
Ray said a deputy dispatched to Meridian Drive on a domestic call spoke with Reeder and an unidentified woman. The woman allegedly had marks on the back of her head and chest from an altercation with Reeder.
He was determined to be the primary aggressor and was arrested for domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,500 and he will appear in court on Jan. 23.
Heather Starr Trapp, 33, was charged with driving on a suspended license on Jan. 20.
The sheriff said Trapp was operating a vehicle on West Main Street in Smithville when she was stopped by a deputy with prior knowledge that her license was suspended. A computer check reportedly confirmed that Trapp's license was suspended in October 2012 in Warren County for failure to satisfy a citation.
Her bond was set at $1,500 and she will appear in court on Feb. 20.
