Authorities do not believe a woman whose body was found Monday morning on South Judkins Lane did not meet with foul play.
“The deputies received a call at 9:24 a.m. to go to South Judkins Lane, where a female was found unresponsive,” Sheriff Patrick Ray said Monday. “We began an investigation, and called for TBI to assist us. We are sending the body to Nashville for an autopsy, but pending an answer from the medical examiner, at this time, there appears to be no foul play,” Ray said.
Although the sheriff did not release the woman’s name, the deceased is thought to be Vickey Judkins.
